Corpay offers a broad range of corporate bill pay and financial services. Some of their offerings are difficult to explain, especially to the layperson. I helped them tell the story more clearly and quickly by suggesting and creating animations for some of their pages. Not only does this help communication but it adds interest, movement and polish to the site.
Another change we made to the site was to update and improve the site navigation. I helped the leadership team understand the changes by create working Figma prototypes so they could click thorugh and see the updates.
Corpay has an extensive library of content that needed a template refresh. I helped create a style that could be applied to all the different categories of content, including ungated and gated content.
The Corpay contact us form was clunky and hard to navigate. I was tasked to rethink the process and was able to reduce the number of clicks by half and moved a vital self service flow closer to the beginning of the flow.
